Amy Matthew

Amy Matthew has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Food and Beverage Manager, Event Operations Manager, Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, and Bar Manager at Malmaison since March 2019. Prior to this, Amy was the Restaurant General Manager at Chapter & Verse Bistro from February 2017 to March 2019, and worked at Stonegate Group as a Bar Trainer from October 2014 to February 2017. Earlier roles include Customer Service Advisor at Marks and Spencer, Waitress positions at China Garden Chinese Restaurant and Loch Leven Larder In The City, and ongoing education at Robert Gordon University pursuing a Higher National Diploma in Event Management.
