Laura Datta

Laura Datta is an experienced data scientist and analyst with a strong background in social performance analysis and development studies. Currently employed at Malmberg since June 2020, Laura has previously held roles as a lead social performance analyst and social performance analyst at Oikocredit from November 2012 to December 2019. Significant contributions include managing social performance analysts, coordinating technical assistance programs, and implementing PowerBI dashboards for ESG and social impact data. Laura also completed a graduation internship at Gemeente 's-Hertogenbosch, focusing on housing relocation choices. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Data Science and Society from Tilburg University and a Master of Development Studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Maastricht University.
