Christine Shanaberger

Christine Shanaberger currently serves as Assistant Provost for Academic Planning & Accreditation at Willamette University, where responsibilities include facilitating academic planning, policy development, and accreditation efforts in alignment with the university's strategic priorities. Past roles at Willamette include Director of Institutional Academic Planning and Assistant to the Provost for Cross-University Programs, focusing on program development and stakeholder collaboration. Prior to Willamette, Christine held positions at Gettysburg College, where contributions spanned executive communications and grant writing. Additional professional experiences include advising college-bound students in rural Pennsylvania and guiding whitewater rafting trips. Christine holds a Graduate Certificate in Data Science from Willamette University, a Master's Degree in History of Religions from Syracuse University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Religious Studies and Anthropology from Franklin & Marshall College.
