Thomas Kleinert

Thomas Kleinert currently serves as the Finanzvorstand and Geschäftsführer at Malteser since May 2022. Prior to this role, Thomas held the position of Universitätskanzler at Katholische Universität Eichstätt-Ingolstadt from June 2012 to May 2022 and various leadership roles at Malteser from January 2000 to May 2012, including Regionalgeschäftsführer for Bayern/Thüringen and Diözesangeschäftsführer for Bamberg and Regensburg. Earlier experience includes positions at DATEV eG, where Thomas served as Abteilungsleiter for the Rechtsanwaltsmarkt, and MCT GmbH as Geschäftsführer. Thomas began professional education at Bosch while completing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) from October 1989 to September 1992.
