Francisco Pina Rodrigues

Francisco Pina Rodrigues is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the offshore wind sector. Currently serving as the Global Segment Lead for Offshore Wind at Mammoet since 2020, Francisco previously held roles in business development at ALE and various superintendent and management positions at DEME Group, overseeing significant offshore wind projects including Hornsea One and Racebank. A Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, Francisco has also contributed to international infrastructure projects as a bid engineer and has a background in civil project design and coaching tennis.
