Mammoth Projects believes successful delivery of a project is based on three strategic requirements:

•	The Right Team  - Relevant expertise and the right attitude is vital for each project; that is why we establish clear roles, responsibilities and accountability within a designated project team. One of Mammoth’s principals, Alexander Cook or Blair McKechnie, takes the lead role as ‘Project Director’. Their role as Project Director is to liaise effectively with the client’s decision-makers and ensure client expectations are appropriately managed.
