Lutz Itter

Lutz Itter is an accomplished professional in the field of turbomachinery with extensive experience at MAN Energy Solutions since April 2013, where Lutz currently serves as Senior Manager and Head of Consulting & Diagnostic, focusing on support and troubleshooting for MAN turbomachinery equipment. Prior to this, Lutz held the position of Senior Manager and Head of Engineering Consulting in Oberhausen, also addressing troubleshooting for turbomachinery. Lutz's career began at MAN Diesel & Turbo from March 2004 to March 2013 as Team Manager for R&D Design, contributing to the development of various radial compressors. Early career experience includes working as an Industrial Mechanic at KNIPEX from August 1988 to January 1992. Lutz holds a Master of Science in Design of Rotating Machines from Cranfield University and a Doctorate in Turbomachinery from Bergische Universität Wuppertal.
