Richard Berliand

Richard Berliand has over three decades of experience in the financial services industry. Richard is currently a Senior Independent Director at Man Group. Prior to this, they served as Chairman of the Management Committee at Renshaw Bay LLP from May 2015 to December 2017. Richard also has experience as a Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Customer & Conduct Committee at Rothesay Life from October 2014 to February 2019. In addition, they were a member of the Regulatory Decisions Committee at the Financial Conduct Authority from July 2013 to January 2016. Prior to that, they were Chairman of the Board at ITRS Group from January 2012 to March 2017.

From October 2005 to May 2019, Richard Berliand was Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Chairman of Risk & Technology Committees at Deutsche Börse. Richard also has experience as a Special Advisor (past Chairman) at Futures Industry Association from October 2001 to March 2014, and as a Non-Executive Director at Renshaw Bay Structured Finance Funds - Alternative Investment Fund from January 2014 to April 2015.

Richard Berliand is also the Principal of Richard Berliand Limited.
