Justin Graham

Justin Graham, CSM, CSPO, currently serves as a Product Manager at ManageAmerica since April 2024. Prior to this role, Justin was a Product Manager in Product Development at The Larkin Company from February 2022 to April 2024, where the focus was on innovative solutions for absence management and self-insured disability benefit plans. Earlier experience includes a position as Program Administrator for Organizational Program Development at The Larkin Company, where Justin led program processes and oversaw marketing, product, and sales development operations. Additionally, Justin worked as a Product Development Associate in Property Characteristics at Sacramento County from October 2021 to February 2022, leading product operations for the assessor's office. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic, Cultural Minority, Gender, and Group Studies from California State University-Sacramento, as well as an Associate of Science in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from Sacramento City College.
