Scott Boozer

Scott Boozer is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in organizational development and leadership coaching. Currently serving as Director of the Management Concepts Product Team since August 2023, Boozer previously led Boozer Leadership & Learning, LLC as CEO and Principal Consultant from October 2015 to August 2023, providing tailored consulting services across public and private sectors. Prior roles include Director of Leadership & Executive Development at First Data Corporation, and various senior positions at Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc., focusing on talent development and training initiatives. Boozer holds a Master's degree in English from Auburn University and certification as a Credentialed Professional Co-Active Coach from the Coaches Training Institute.
