Ashley Novak

Ashley Novak, M.Ed., has extensive experience in education, serving in various leadership and teaching roles. Notably, Ashley has worked as the Director of Curriculum & Instruction at Management & Training Corporation and as the Founding Director of Curriculum and Instruction at Breakthrough Schools, where a strong foundation in educational leadership was established. Previous roles include Dean of Student Learning and Instruction at I CAN SCHOOLS and teaching positions ranging from 1st Grade to 5th Grade Science. Ashley's teaching experience also includes a position as a Kindergarten Teacher at The Montessori Children's House of Valley Forge and a Student Teacher at KIPP Philadelphia Schools. Currently, Ashley is pursuing a degree in Education Law at Cleveland State University College of Law, having previously earned a Certificate in Education Law from Indiana University Bloomington.
