Lauren Boothby

Lauren Boothby is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the beauty and fragrance industry. Currently serving as the Global Beauty Care Account Director at MANE since July 2023, Lauren previously held the position of Senior Commercial Director at OnScent from June 2022 to July 2023. Lauren's career at International Flavors & Fragrances spanned from November 2017 to June 2022, where Lauren advanced from Senior Account Manager to Regional Account Manager. Lauren also has significant experience at Takasago International Corporation as an Account Manager of Fine Fragrance and earlier roles at Air Aroma Group, Locks of Love, Delray Recovery Center, GlobalHealth Education & Training, and Cancer Center of South Florida. Lauren’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Elon University and an Associate's Degree in Psychology from Lynn University, complemented by a certification in Creative Fragrance Development from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
