Karl Zapanta

Karl Zapanta is an experienced professional in regulatory affairs and government relations, currently serving as the Regulatory Affairs Director for Special Projects at Manila Water since July 2021. In addition, Karl holds the position of Director at Basemed Kare, Inc. since January 2020. Previous roles include Government Affairs and Public Relations Head at PRIME INFRA from July 2019 to July 2021, and Department Head positions at the Metropolitan Waterworks and Sewerage System Regulatory Office and the Authority of the Freeport Area of Bataan between 2012 and 2019. Karl began a career in sales as a District Sales Executive at Expeditors from October 2009 to September 2012. Karl holds a Master of Business Management degree from the Graduate School of Business Management and Education at St. Francis College, completed in 2014.
