Dawn Nedohin-MacEk

Dawn Nedohin-Macek serves as the Director of Cyber Security and Enterprise Architecture at Manitoba Hydro, a position held since May 2002, where strategic leadership is provided on technology and data issues emphasizing cyber security and compliance. With a robust background that includes roles such as Telecommunications Department Manager and Transmission Services & Compliance Department Manager, Dawn has been instrumental in transforming operational security groups into strategic, risk-managed divisions and developing business plans for the efficient use of transmission systems. Additional experience includes project coordination as a Project Portfolio Engineer and performance monitoring with Manitoba Hydro International. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from the University of Manitoba, obtained in 2002. Involvement in professional organizations includes leadership roles in IEEE, contributing to various committees and initiatives.
