Josh Barton

Josh Barton possesses extensive experience in engineering, currently serving as a Staff Engineer for Future Products and Architecture at The Manitowoc Company since April 2012. In this position, Josh is tasked with developing next-generation mobile cranes by collaborating with various stakeholders including customers, sales, marketing, dealers, engineering, operations, and purchasing. Prior roles include Senior Engineer, where responsibilities involved leading system-level design for new projects, and Powertrain Engineer, focusing on powertrain and drivetrain design. Josh's engineering foundation was established with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, complemented by earlier experience as a cook at Stoners Family Restaurant.
