Paul Burke

Paul Burke is a seasoned executive in the field of digital transformation, currently serving as Vice President at ManTech since September 2023. Previously, Paul co-founded Definitive Logic in July 2005 and held the position of CEO until October 2023, where responsibilities included corporate strategy, policy alignment, and ensuring successful outcomes for Federal customers while fostering positive experiences for employees and partners. Paul holds a Master's Degree in Systems Engineering (University of Virginia, 2001-2002) and a Bachelor's Degree in Systems Engineering (University of Virginia, 1995-1999), alongside a high school diploma from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology (1991-1995).
