Ulf Gustavsson

Ulf Gustavsson serves as Secretary General at the European Organization for Quality, leading quality improvement initiatives across Europe in collaboration with 24 National Representative Organizations. In parallel, Ulf holds the positions of Chairman and interim President at Qvalify, overseeing its operations and promoting its growth as a certification body in Sweden. Additional roles include Chairman of the Board at Mantex AB, driving innovative X-ray technology for the bioenergy and pulp industry; Chairman at deWiz Golf, focusing on enhancing the golfing experience through wearable technology; Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Gustavum AB, offering consulting in knowledge management and business transformation; and Founder and Chairman of the board at Swedeum AB. Ulf's extensive experience also includes leadership roles at IKEA Group and various board positions within the quality sector. Ulf holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Lund University and has completed officer training.
