Caroline Pay

Caroline Pay is a seasoned creative professional currently serving as a Creative Consultant at MANUAL since September 2024. With extensive experience in advisory roles at organizations such as The Women's Association and Ok Mentor, Caroline also holds founding membership at the old girls club and is an active member of Chief. Previously, Caroline was the Chief Creative Officer at Dentsu Creative from May 2023 to June 2024 and has contributed as an advisor to various companies, including Cantine and Flo Health Inc. Notably, Caroline was the Senior Vice President and Chief Creative Officer at Headspace Health from August 2018 to July 2022. Caroline holds a PGDip in Art Direction and Copywriting from Watford and a Bachelor of Arts in Creative Advertising from Bournemouth University.
