Emma Bolden

Emma Bolden (Nowell) is a skilled Programme Cost Consultant at the Manufacturing Technology Centre since June 2020, with extensive experience in cost engineering. From May 2013 to March 2020, Emma held the position of Senior Cost Engineer at a Major Defense Contractor, managing high-value projects and overseeing earned value calculation, trend analysis, and change control. Prior to that, Emma worked at Fluor from May 2006 to April 2013 in various cost engineering roles on significant international projects, focusing on internal reporting, cost control databases, and change management systems. Emma began the career at REED from 2001 to 2006, serving as a Senior Engineering Administrator on the TCO Asset Development Project. Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from Lancaster University, completed in 2000.
