William Liu

William Liu is a Bachelor of Health Science student majoring in Acupuncture at the New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine since February 2024. Currently employed as a Farro Assistant since December 2023, William also serves as a lecturer at both Manukau Institute of Technology and Unitec. Previously, from December 2014 to February 2023, William held the position of Senior Lecturer at Auckland University of Technology (AUT) while also lecturing in the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences at AUT from July 2010 to February 2023. Earlier in their career, William worked as a mobile network designer and planner at Beijing Telecom from May 1997 to June 2002. Academic qualifications include a PhD and a Master's with Distinction in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Canterbury, and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
