Ray Gabriel Salgado

Ray Gabriel Salgado, MPA, REP, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Carlos and a Master's in Public Administration from Southwestern University. With extensive experience in the insurance industry, Ray currently serves as the Leader Development Head at Manulife Philippines, a position held since January 2024. Previously, Ray held several leadership roles at Manulife, including Zone High Performing Leaders Head for Visayas and Assistant Vice President & Area Head for Visayas 1. Earlier career highlights include serving as Area Head at Cocolife, Regional Coordinator at Insular Life Assurance Co., Ltd., and Regional Trainer at Cocolife.
