Eureka-Lissa Noel has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Training and Development Manager at Manulife since 2015, where responsibilities include consulting with senior leaders to align training programs with business objectives. Previously, from 2012 to 2015, Eureka-Lissa worked as a Business Learning Consultant at Standard Life Aberdeen, partnering with various departments to define requirements and develop operational plans. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Bell from 2002 to 2011, where roles included Project Manager, responsible for delivering high-visibility projects, and Training Design Manager, overseeing a team developing training content for various employee segments.
