Guy Bainbridge

Guy Bainbridge is currently the Director at Manulife. Prior to this, they were with ICE CLEAR EUROPE LIMITED and Yorkshire Building Society Group. Guy Bainbridge has over 35 years of experience in the field of audit, corporate governance, due diligence and listed company advisory services. Guy has been a partner with KPMG since 1994 and has served in various leadership roles including, Head of Financial Services Scotland, Head of UK Banking, and member of the Client Service Board. Guy Bainbridge has also been a board member for KPMG Europe and KPMG UK, where they chaired the Audit Committee. In addition, they have been a member of the ICAEW Banking Committee since 2005.

Guy Bainbridge studied at Oundle School before going to St John's College, Cambridge, where they earned a Master of Arts in Economics.
