Tanshi Chaturvedi

Tanshi Chaturvedi is a Human Resources Executive with extensive experience in recruitment, documentation, and HR management across multiple organizations. Currently employed at Manupatra since July 2022, Tanshi manages the complete recruitment lifecycle, documentation for new hires and exits, and administers the HR software while also collaborating with HR vendors. Previously, Tanshi worked at #ARM Worldwide, where responsibilities included performance review management and payroll checks, in addition to similar HR duties. Tanshi began the career as a Human Resources Intern at #ARM Worldwide, developing foundational skills in recruitment and HR processes. Additional experience includes content writing at TheMechninja and serving as a Campus Ambassador at MyCaptain, where involvement in business development and community building was highlighted. Tanshi holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Banasthali Vidyapith, and completed ISC in Commerce at CJM St. Anthony's Jr. College.
