Gilbert Germain

Gilbert Germain is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and account management. Currently serving as the Delivery Head at Manureva Digital Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. since September 2016, Gilbert excels in identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery, while leading the service delivery team to ensure efficient operations. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Manager at Akamai Technologies from 2014 to 2016 and as a Senior Server Engineer at AXA from 2013 to 2014. Gilbert holds a Bachelor's degree in Social and Economic Sciences from Lycée Francais de Pondichéry and studied at IUT de Cergy-Pontoise from 2007 to 2009.
