Laia Guilera Viladomiu

Laia Guilera Viladomiu has extensive experience in leadership and management roles, currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director for Brazil and Portugal at Manusa Puertas Automáticas since February 1990. Responsibilities include overseeing post-sales service, call center operations, and customer service, as well as leading commercial initiatives in Barcelona, Tarragona, and the Balearic Islands. Laia also holds positions as a member of the Executive Council at AMEC, a member of the Board of Directors at MútuaTerrassa, and an advisor at CHANGE2GROW. An accomplished educational background includes Executive Education programs at IESE Business School and Esade, alongside degrees in Digital Business and Digital x Border from ESIC Business & Marketing School and the Escuela de Organización Industrial, respectively. Laia completed a Licenciatura in Philosophy and Letters at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
