Garima Rathore

Garima Rathore is an experienced IT and customer support professional with a diverse background in technical and educational roles. Currently serving as an End User Support Specialist at Mapal Group since October 2024, Garima is involved in creating machining solutions tailored for process reliability and precision. Previous positions include IT Customer Success Support at e.fundamentals, NET Teacher at both Monkey Tree International Group and the Salvation Army, and Project Coordinator for Global Banking and Markets at HSBC. Garima began a career in technical support as a Technical Support Engineer at IBM and also gained experience as a Sim Testing Engineer at SYSCOM Corporation, Morpho Group. Garima holds a degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Dr Akhilesh Das Gupta Institute of Technology & Management, complemented by studies at Anandram Jaipuria and Uttar Pradesh Technical University.
