Maxime Girard

Maxime Girard is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in venture capital and corporate development. As the CEO and Founder of Dextra Advisory since January 2022, Maxime has also served as a Venture Partner at Maple Leaf Angels and an Advisor at Holt Accelerator. Previous roles include Corporate Development at Extendicare Inc., Investment Manager at Desjardins, and Directeur at Investissement Québec. Maxime co-founded Grit Venture Partners, focusing on early-stage companies, and played a crucial role in Intact Financial Corporation's inaugural venture investment in Turo. With an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and a BBA in Finance from Université Laval, Maxime has built a diverse skill set in business development and investment strategy.
