Meg Paulsen

Meg Paulsen, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Vice President of Human Resources at Maple Street Biscuit Company, a role assumed in June 2023. Prior to this, Meg held the same title at PENN Entertainment, Inc. from August 2022 to April 2023, and at 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. from July 2020 to August 2022. Meg's extensive career at Bath & Body Works and White Barn spanned from March 2008 to April 2020, where responsibilities included direct support for the digital/e-commerce team and various HR strategy management roles. Earlier experience includes positions at DSW Shoe Warehouse, Spherion Staffing, and Max and Erma's Restaurants. Meg earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Notre Dame.
