Wayne Young

Wayne Young is an accomplished regional manager with extensive experience in the restaurant and food service industries over several decades. Currently serving as Mission Coach at Maple Street Biscuit Company since July 2021, Wayne focuses on the growth and development of Community Leaders across Atlanta and East Tennessee, including the successful opening of a new store in Kennesaw, GA in September 2022. Previous roles include District Manager at Dairy Queen, overseeing five stores in eastern Tennessee, and Area Director at Captain D's, managing seven stores over a 300-mile area. Furthermore, Wayne has held positions such as Area Supervisor at Little Caesars Pizza, Area Director at Bojangles', and District Manager at Murphy USA, Starbucks, Wendy's, Hardee's, and Roy Rogers Restaurants, where a consistent track record of increasing sales, managing multiple locations, and developing management teams was established.
