Vaios Koutseris

Vaios Koutseris currently serves as an Operator at Maran Tankers Management Inc. since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles as a Junior Operator and Assistant Operator at Navios Maritime Partners L.P. from August 2021 to December 2024, and as an Operations Department Intern at Alma Shipmanagement & Trading S.A. in mid-2021. Koutseris also gained experience as a Trainee in the Economic and Commercial Affairs Office at the Greek Embassy in Portugal while working with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic from August 2018 to January 2019, and as an Administrative Assistant at the Association of Industries of Thessaly & Central Greece in 2018. Educational qualifications include ongoing studies at the University of Piraeus since 2019 and a degree in Economics, Business Administration, and Management from the University of Thessaly, completed in 2019, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Managerial Economics from NOVA IMS Information Management School in 2017.
