Derek Regal has extensive experience in the petroleum industry, with a focus on regulatory issues and fuels management. Currently retired, Derek Regal served as Sr. Manager for Fuels and Regulatory Issues at Marathon Petroleum Corporation and held similar roles at Andeavor and Tesoro Corporation, where responsibilities included leading strategies for regulatory initiatives and ensuring compliance across federal and state operations. Prior experience includes roles at BP and AMOCO, where Derek Regal championed cultural transformation and quality management in refining operations. Derek Regal holds an MBA from Indiana University Northwest and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Technology from Purdue University Northwest.
