Marianne Policastro-Wik

Marianne Policastro-Wik has been a Member at MARCH, INC. OF MANCHESTER since 2020. Prior to that, they were with Generous Properties from 2019-2020, MPW Enterprise, LLC from 2018-2019, and UnitedHealth Group, Optum Technology from 1991-2019, where they served as Senior Director.

Throughout their long career, Marianne has demonstrated a commitment to excellence and a drive to improve performance and efficiency in the organizations they have been a part of. Marianne has led multiple successful turnaround initiatives, reducing incidents backlogs and increasing availability while maintaining departmental budget reductions of 20%.

In their role as Senior Director at UnitedHealth Group, Marianne was responsible for overseeing the management of a complex document portfolio with an annual budget of $30M. Marianne also established a new operating control capability for the company, implementing thousands of controls across 100 critical applications. Through their leadership, Marianne was able to successfully migrate over 17B documents onto a new management platform.

Marianne Policastro-Wik earned their Encore!Connecticut Graduate degree from the Nonprofit Leadership Program in the Department of Public Policy at the University of Connecticut. Marianne also holds a Masters Certificate in Religion/Religious Studies from the University of Saint Joseph and a Masters Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University. Marianne Policastro-Wik earned their Bachelor of Science in Social Work (BSW) from Marist College and their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Marist College. Marianne is certified by the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection as a Real Estate Salesperson and by ASQ - World Headquarters as a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Marianne Policastro-Wik is also certified by UnitedHealth Group as a Net Promoter Champion (NPS) and as a United Culture Ambassador.
