Sue Schick

Sue Schick is the Vice Chair at March of Dimes. Sue has over 25 years of experience in the health insurance industry. Sue has held leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group, CIGNA, and Marsh. At UnitedHealth Group, they led teams serving 12 state governments in delivering UnitedHealthcare Community & State solutions, with a primary focus on addressing complex populations and social determinants of health. At CIGNA, they delivered profitable growth across CIGNA's Mid-Atlantic region through sales and account management leadership. And at Marsh, they grew Johnson & Higgins and Marsh Middle Market business in the Mid-Atlantic region by leveraging innovation, segmentation and analytics.

Sue Schick has a MS in Healthcare Delivery Science from Dartmouth College, a BS in Economics/Business from Randolph-Macon College, and is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits. Sue is also the Director’s Academy at Drexel University's LeBow College of Business in Corporate Governance.
