Avni Sonarikar

Avni Sonarikar is currently a Graduate Trainee at Marico Limited since June 2024. Prior to this role, Avni served as Head of Department for Project Lakeer at Enactus Ashoka University while also being a member of the same project from October 2022 to June 2024. Avni contributed as a Consultant at 180 Degrees Consulting Ashoka between January 2023 and June 2024 and was part of the Editorial Board for Girl Up, United Nations Foundation from September 2022 to June 2024. Additionally, Avni was a member of the Thought and Leadership Department at Ashoka Women in Business and Leadership from December 2022 to March 2023. Earlier experience includes positions as a Policy Research Intern and Social Media Marketing Intern at CARPE | EcoSattva from November 2021 to August 2022, and participation in the Organization Committee for Ashoka Model United Nations Society in early 2022. Avni is pursuing a BSc in Economics and Finance from Ashoka University, with studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) beginning in August 2023. Education was completed at Nath Valley School.
