Minerva Pargas

Minerva Pargas serves as Chief of Staff at Maricopa Community Colleges since February 2012, providing specialized support to the Estrella Mountain Community College President and managing a variety of administrative and executive initiatives. Previously, Pargas worked as a Project Director focused on improving Latino youth completion rates in higher education through collaboration with various stakeholders. Prior experience includes serving as Grant Coordinator for the Phoenix Union High School District, overseeing substantial budgets, developing comprehensive action plans for student success, and facilitating college readiness programs. Pargas holds a PhD in Psychology from Grand Canyon University and an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
