Hilarie Decesare

Hilarie DeCesare currently serves as Regional Political Director for the Maricopa County Democratic Party since January 2024. Previous experience includes roles as Organizing Program & Logistics Fellow and Organizing Fellow with the Sister District Project, where significant contributions involved organizing phone banks, supporting volunteer efforts, and managing logistical tasks. Hilarie also operated as a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Hilarie DeCesare Real Estate from September 2015 to March 2023, providing clients with market insights and property evaluations. A brief tenure as a Community Mobilizer with the Progressive Turnout Project focused on voter recruitment and information dissemination during the 2022 midterms. Hilarie holds a Master of Arts in Social Justice and Human Rights and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Arizona State University.
