Dr. Shivam Gupta

Dr. Shivam Gupta currently serves as Manager of Sustainability and Digitalization (digitainability) Business Technology Advisory at Detecon since July 2022, having been promoted to this position. Additionally, Dr. Gupta is a Board Member of the Career Development Working Group at the Marie Curie Alumni Association, contributing to the professional growth of Marie Curie researchers. Previous experience includes a role as Senior Scientist at the Bonn Alliance for Sustainability Research and a Visiting Research Scientist at the University of Groningen and Universitat Jaume I. Dr. Gupta has also held positions as Scientist at the Spatio-Temporal Modelling Lab, Software Engineer at Hexagon Geospatial, and Business Development Intern at Hansa Luftbild AG, among other internships. Academic credentials include a PhD in Geoinformatics from the University of Münster, an MSc in Geoinformatics from SYMBIOSIS International University, and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from Gautam Buddha University.
