Guillaume Leduc has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance within the food industry, currently serving as Chef de projet developpement matières premieres at MARIE - Groupe LDC since September 2008. In this role, Guillaume specializes in characterizing new raw materials, securing supply chains, and optimizing costs. Previously, as Chef de projet application industrielle, Guillaume focused on the industrialization of new products and the implementation of new production equipment. Prior to joining MARIE, Guillaume worked at Cooperl as a Technicien amélioration continue, where responsibilities included the deployment of the 5S methodology in a ham processing workshop. Earlier experience includes roles as both Technicien qualité and Alternant technicien qualité at Elle & Vire - Groupe Savencia.
