Julianna Morelock

Julianna Morelock is an experienced educational professional currently serving as a K-2 Instructional Coach and former 2nd Grade Teacher at Marietta City Schools since July 2019. Morelock has a strong record of student performance, evidenced by achieving a class average of 93% on Benchmark Phonics assessments in the 2021-2022 school year, and 100% of students demonstrating growth on the NWEA MAP Reading assessment. Previous roles include Schools Manager at EVERFI, where significant contributions were made in training and account management for 118 school districts, and Adult Learning Leadership Fellow at Teach For America, facilitating professional learning for Corps Members. Morelock holds a Tier 1 Certification in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of West Georgia, as well as a Specialist in Education in Teacher Leadership from Mercer University, and a Master's in Higher Education Student Affairs from the University of South Carolina.
