Shawna Williams

Shawna Williams is an experienced educator and former business owner with a career spanning several years in teaching and sales. Currently a Special Education Teacher at Marietta City Schools since July 2019, Shawna previously taught at Cobb County Schools from July 2013 to July 2019, covering special education and English Language Arts. Early career roles included teaching positions at Lake County Schools, First Academy Leesburg, and Cobb County Schools, along with a sales role at The Walt Disney Company. Additionally, Shawna owned a marketing firm called Your Lasting Impression from April 2004 to December 2011 and held a wholesale sales position at Sterling/Diamond showrooms. Shawna holds a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Richmont Graduate University and dual Bachelor's degrees in Secondary Education and English Language and Literature from Ball State University.
