Amanda Schindhelm

Amanda (Mandy) Schindhelm currently serves as Vice President at Marine Solutions, Inc. since November 2018 and also holds a position as a Structural Engineer at Kemp Home Inspections since February 2017. With extensive experience in marine and structural engineering, Amanda has previously managed projects as a Marine Engineering Program Manager at KCI Technologies, Inc. and as a Project Manager at both PRIME AE Group, Inc. and Jacobs, where notable contributions included managing significant underwater inspections and quality control reviews. Amanda's career began in structural engineering roles at Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson and Sverdrup Civil, accumulating over two decades of expertise in the field. Academically, Amanda holds a Master's degree in Structural Engineering with a focus on Marine Structures from The Johns Hopkins University, an MBA from Loyola University Maryland, and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
