Ryan is a 1990 graduate of Marion County High School and is employed with Sequachee Valley Electric Cooperative as a Lineman. He received his Certificate of Landscape Design and Turf Management from Chattanooga State and operates Phillips Landscaping. When not working, he can be found at the MCHS gym where he is a volunteer assistant coach for the Boys and Girls basketball team. He also enjoys coaching his daughter’s softball team. Ryan and his wife, Kim reside in Jasper with their two children Savannah and Trent who attend Jasper Elementary School.
