Gordon Watson

Gordon is Chief Executive Officer of AXA Asia & Africa and a member of the Group’s Management Committee. Previously, he was AIA’s Regional Chief Executive, overseeing the development of key marks in Asia. A driven leader, Gordon held multiple advisory roles and is spearheading the development of the Mental Health at Work Index with Columbia University and Ethisphere to set the standard for effective mental health programs in the workplace.
