Ryan Magee

Ryan Magee is a legal professional with extensive experience in the financial and corporate sectors. Currently serving as General Counsel at Market Financial Solutions since September 2023, Ryan previously held significant roles at OakNorth Bank from June 2019 to August 2023, including Senior Director and Director of Legal & Transaction Management. Prior to that, Ryan spent nearly a decade at Allen & Overy, progressing from Trainee Solicitor to Senior Associate in Corporate Lending and Real Estate Finance. Ryan Magee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford and completed high school at De La Salle College, Belfast.
