Maria Gierałt

Maria Gierałt is an experienced HR Business Partner currently working at Marketing Investment Group S.A. since May 2022, providing expertise in HR areas and supporting managers in effective team management and HR processes. Previously, Maria held the same title at MARR S.A from March 2018 to April 2022, while also serving as a lecturer in CSR Management at Politechnika Krakowska im. Tadeusza Kościuszki from September 2019 to June 2021. Maria's extensive experience includes roles such as trainer and coach at Maria Gierałt Szkolenia i Doradztwo, HR expert at GRUPA ODITK, and internal trainer at Capita. Maria's educational background features postgraduate degrees in Employer Branding and Applied Linguistics from AGH University of Krakow and Jagiellonian University, respectively, along with ICF coaching certification from Erickson College International. Maria holds a Master’s degree in Polish Philology from Jagiellonian University.
