Arthur J. Ochoa

Arthur J. Ochoa is the current President at Marlborough School. Arthur has held this position since December 2001. Prior to that, they were an Associate at Irell & Manella LLP from January 1998 to December 2001, where they counseled individuals and family groups regarding gift and estate tax strategies, and advised tax-exempt organizations on governance, operational and tax-related issues. Arthur also served on the hiring committee and summer program committee. From January 1995 to December 1998, Arthur was an Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP, where their practice included securities, mergers & acquisitions, public finance and general corporate governance. Arthur's earliest experience was as Coordinator, Working Group on Youth Service Policy at YSA (Youth Service America) from January 1990 to December 1992. In this role, they advocated for national and community service at federal and state levels, served as primary staff to a coalition of 30 NGOs working to advance the cause of volunteerism and civilian service by young people, and was a key member of the team that designed a leadership development program for young social entrepreneurs and obtained seven-figure funding from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation.

Arthur J. Ochoa has a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School and a BA in Theirtory from the University of Southern California. Arthur is certified by the State Bar of California.
