Allison Kuziw

Allison (Shiel) Kuziw is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Global Human Resources Director at Marlin Equity Partners since July 2014, Allison has progressed through positions such as Sr. Global Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Operations Supervisor at McMaster-Carr, Human Resources Manager at The Lloyd Group, and Human Resource Generalist at both Fifth Avenue Financial and Lenox Advisors. Additional experience includes positions at Procter & Gamble, WR Grace, and EF Education First. Allison holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services from New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Marketing from Northeastern University.
