Amy Sommers

Amy Sommers is an accomplished health coach and wellness supervisor with extensive experience in health promotion and program coordination. Currently serving as a Senior Health Coach at Moda Health since September 2019, Amy has also held various positions within the organization, including Health Promotion & Wellness Supervisor, Lead Health Coach, and Health Coach. Previous roles include participation in the Wellness Coach Training Program at Mayo Clinic and coordination of student affairs at Columbia University School of Nursing. Additionally, Amy has experience tracking child development data as a Family and Health Specialist at Columbia University Head Start and has contributed to public health initiatives at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. Amy holds a Master's Degree in Population and Family Health and a Certificate in Sexuality, Sex, & Reproductive Health from Columbia University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Community and Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
