Julian Plovnick

Julian Plovnick is a Culinary Specialist at Sur La Table, with prior experience as a Line Cook at Gertrude's and a Culinary Development Manager at both Marley Spoon and WECO. Julian has a diverse culinary background, including roles as Culinary Content Manager at Shef and Culinary Product Assistant at Suvie. Earlier career experiences include various positions at ezCater, such as Business Recruiter, Talent Sourcer, and Team Lead for the Menu Content Team, as well as internships at culture: the word on cheese and Clover Food Lab, Inc. Julian holds a Master of Liberal Arts in Gastronomy and a Certificate of Culinary Arts from Boston University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Vassar College.
